Refund Policy

  • In the event that we are unable to complete your requested service/transaction then you will be entitled to a full refund.
  • You have the right to cancel your online booking and be refunded with the booking fee by giving written notice of the cancellation to KSM Auto Clinic, seven working days prior to the appointment.
  • Refund requests are processed centrally and can take up to 5 working days to be processed.
  •  Refunds will be refunded to the payment card provided for the original transaction.
  • Where we have provided alternate products or services that are of a lower value, part refunds will be granted for the difference.
