Bookings
All online bookings are made and accepted on the basis that in the extremely unlikely case of a technical problem, which is beyond our control, due to human error or equipment failure, whether website or MOT testing equipment, we will endeavour to contact you immediately to re-arrange the appointment. Our maximum liability is restricted to the value of the booking.
Online Payments
When you make a booking through the KSM Auto Clinic website for an MOT and pay in advance, KSM Auto Clinic will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your booking; this e-mail will be your ‘Order Confirmation’. KSM Auto Clinic will provide a forty five minute time slot in which we will conduct an MOT Test.
KSM Auto Clinic reserves the right to refuse to accept your booking solely at our discretion.
Cancellation or Late Attendance
Please make sure you arrive promptly for your appointment and that the vehicle is in a fit state to be tested.
Where, having made an online booking, you wish to change the booking, please give AT LEAST 24 hours' notice and we will endeavour to offer an alternative time to meet your requirements. Where you do not notify us and where we find we cannot resell the space vacated by your booking, or you fail to attend with your vehicle by the appointed time, we reserve the right to retain the payment made online.
Additional Work
There may be additional costs if additional work has been undertaken and this must be settled on the day/time of collection of the vehicle. We will never carry out any additional work without your prior consent. An invoice will be supplied upon completion of the work.

All users of this online booking site do so entirely at their own risk and whilst KSM Auto Clinic endeavour to ensure that the site is free from bugs, viruses and errors we can accept no liability for any problems caused by its failure due to any outside influences which may affect the user's computer or other equipment.
KSM Auto Clinic will endeavour to ensure that all of the information on the website is current on the date that you view it but accepts no liability for loss created by omissions or failures beyond its control during its operation.
KSM Auto Clinic accepts no responsibility for any loss that you might suffer as a result of using this site.
